Welcome to Dane’s Body Shop, LLC! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

General Information

  • These terms apply to all visitors, members, and participants of Dane’s Body Shop, LLC.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Membership

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these terms.
  • All members must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our facilities.
  • Membership fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

Gym Rules

  • Members are required to follow all posted rules and respect other members and gym staff.
  • Proper gym attire and shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Equipment must be used as intended, and members are expected to wipe down equipment after use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Members must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel their membership.
  • Membership cancellations must be done in writing via email or physical letter to  info@danesbodyshop.com.

Liability Waiver

  • Members acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. By joining, you release Dane’s Body Shop, LLC from any liability for injuries or accidents that occur on our premises.
  • We recommend all members consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate any membership without notice if members do not comply with these terms.

Additional Information

  • Dane’s Body Shop is a locally owned, mission-driven fitness studio. We exist to help our members achieve their ideal fitness levels and improve the quality of their lives. You can expect SMS & Emails upon otping in relating to marketing campaigns, offer campaigns, newsletters, reminder messages, and updates regarding Dane’s Body Shop. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@danesbodyshop.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
