Setting Your Goals and Reaching Them

As we come upon the 2 year anniversary of Dane’s Body Shop it is important to look at where we started and where we want to go. No matter if you are a new comer or DBS veteran we all came from a certain ability level and place in life when we walked into the shop. Determination to come to the shop each day no matter what the weather, what happened at the office or school, or getting the kids dressed in the morning, proves you have the drive and now we need to give that drive a purpose. Each day we come in the gym we are practicing skills and movements for a purpose, to get better. What areas do you want to improve, what skills do you still struggle with, where do you see yourself physically, mentally and emotionally in the next 3, 6, 9 months to a year? We encourage you to let your coaches know your goals and ask for any help you need to set realistic and obtainable goals for this coming year.
