CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY AND SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY
Tim Zeddies currently enjoys a busy private practice in clinical psychology and sports psychology in Austin, Texas. His specializations include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, sports psychology, and psychological testing. He is a consulting psychologist for the University of Texas Football program; Past-President of the San Antonio Society for Psychoanalytic Studies; he has served on the editorial boards of Psychoanalytic Psychology and Psychoanalytic Abstracts; he was a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Texas Health Science Center—San Antonio; he was formerly an assistant professor of psychology at University of the Incarnate Word; and he currently is an adjunct clinical faculty at UT Austin. Tim was a high school and college athlete in basketball and football. He revived his passion for fitness and exercise over the past eight years, and he has entered numerous fitness competitions of late. He won the 2012 and 2013 Austin’s Fittest Doctor competition as well as being the 2012 and 2013 Austin Fit Magazine’s men’s champion in the 40-49 division.
