    Jenn is passionate about connecting with others, helping them feel comfortable, at ease and showing their infinite value, strength and potential. She’s studied and practiced yoga around the world for the last 18 years and is excited to work with students interested in learning and growing in their own yoga practice. Her classes focus on building physical and mental strength, endurance, balance and increased mobility through breath work and mindful movement.  She also teaches SUP Yoga, bringing this practice to the water!
    Jenn moved to Austin a couple of years ago after living in Europe for the last 12 years, and has fallen in love with this beautiful part of the world.  She completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and loves traveling and meeting people from all over the world.  She enjoys an active lifestyle finding a good balance between HIIT, strength training, running, SUP, hiking and yoga.
