You will be greeted by a dedicated and personable trainer that is aware of your arrival and is ready to help you understand and take advantage of your workout. She or He will explain the workout you will be doing for the day that includes strength and conditioning exercises, yoga moves, pilates core work, and some martial art exercises. The workout will be hard, fun and challenging. The workout will last one hour and will leave you feeling accomplished and educated in fitness. Set your intentions before you enter and raise or lower the weight/intensity depending on what you would like to achieve in your fitness goals for the day.
